| How to place order to the shopping cart |
| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |

Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods.(Currently, you can only use 'Paypal'.) Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

It's impossible to cancel the order that already shipped out our facility. To avoid paying return shipping and possible restocking fee, please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. If the product has been shpped already, you need to send it back to us in order to cancel and to get refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. If the returned item is not in same condition as original, you will be charged for 10% restocking fee. Please make sure you don't open and try before you return them. |

| Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date. |
- Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- All Shipping back to Uncle WIlson's SuperStore is paid for by the customer.
- All Products sold by Uncle Wilson's SuperStore may be returned for exchange ONLY within provided warranty period. No credits or refunds will be given for any Products sold by Uncle WIlson's SuperStore. Uncle WIlson's offers various period of warranty (1 or 2 years) on any defective Products to be exchanged with a same type. Remember that some of products are ONLY provided with manufacturer warranty. In that case, all the exchange and warranty inquiry should be made to manufacturer directly.
- Some products will be labeled "No Return." These products need to be returned to manufacture only. Uncle Wilson's SuperStore will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
- If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- Consumables like accessories, filters and etc. are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken. These products must be directly sent to the manufacturer.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
- If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
- Products which are improperly packaged.
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
- Products with any standard certification labels removed.
- Products or packages with barcode label removed .
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
- Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
- Torn or punctured tape seals.
- Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
- Software that is not defective and open can not be returned for any circumstance.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
* Refund could be made within 14 days from the date of purchase upon 10% restock fee will be charged for such refund.
